Winterizing Jayco 25' RKS

I have located the by pass valves behind a set of drawers. But where is the hose located that sucks the anti freeze into the lines?

attached to the water pump wherever that is

Don't believe so. It wouldn't be "under" the floor and not accessible.

In my 25RKS its under the dinettte seat next to the bathroom wall.

I don't know what year your unit is but I have a 2013 25RKS and the pump is under the forward end of the sofa. The hose and valve are there and accessible if you partially unfold the sofa.

I tracked the sound of the pump to that area. Do I need to take the panel off? Or there are 2 tubes hanging directly below that area to the outside. Are these the suction side of the pump for anti freeze?

No that would be draining points for sure

You need to get to the actual pump and close the valves in other to prevent the antifreeze from going into your fresh water tank (and allowing suction from your antifreeze bottle)

Also don,t forget to bypass you hot water heater..unless you want to change it!

antifreeze does zero harm to a hot water heater

There are a bunch of things you will need to be concerned with other than the pump as well

Do not forget your outside shower

The black tank rinser

The fresh water tank and drain tube

Wouldn't antifreeze hand pumped into black tank flush just go into tank..any water in black flush line would have room to expand without hurting tubing

Yea I forgot that you would have to remove the screws to lift up plywood glad you found it .

Antifreeze won't damage your water heater, but if you don't put it into bypass mode, you'll need an additional 6 gallons of antifreeze ... Unless you have a larger capacity water heater.
