I am not a Ford fan but I gotta give it to them that is super cool. But being from the old school I think you should just learn to back up. Remember you still should Get Out And Look.

Looks dangerous to me and will likely cause a lot of fender benders. Especially with a travel trailer that you can't see around. Too focused on the screen and not looking around.
For small pop-ups and small boats it could be useful. As long as you can see past your trailer in the backup camera.
