I had order the Big Horn edition with 8.4 Uconnect with Nav with the bucket seat and the 4.10 gears but cancel that order today but the dealer that I was working with finally call me the other day.

I really wanted to go with Dave Smith because they was going to give me a better deal. Now I have to call DS after the holiday so I can order from them. I'm in no big hurry but I would like to get something in finally. I had an order setup with Dave Smith before but I could never get them to send it off so now she finally call and I'm going to see once again can we get this sent off.

Man this is beginning to get crazy going from dealer to dealer trying to get an order in but it got to be a light at the end of the tunnel. After the Christmas holiday I'm hoping again to get this order in but will let you guys know.

Wow. I have never heard of a business so unwilling to take a customers money. That's nuts.

Yeah, I would agree also the lady that was helping me just stop and when she call back after a week or two of not getting back to me she left me a voice mail that said that they have been busy. Hmmm, I wonder but I will give her another try because out of all of the dealer I try they was the only one with the best deal.

I trying to trade in my 2014 2500 5.7 and they said that they will pay it off where the other was going to give me from 26,500 to 29,000 which I owe a little more. So I'm hoping that they will come on and work with me on this. I like my 2014 2500 5.7 don't get me wrong it awesome but I want a little more for the trailer that we are planning on getting.

And not that my wife and I need a very big trailer because we don't, I'm looking at about 9K to 10k at 28' to 30' long but I want to have more truck.

.

Is this still the way the mds is?

My local dealer finally got a 6.4 2500 in stock. I went down to drive it today. First impression from a diesel guy, I really liked the 6.4. I've drove 6.2 fords setup basically the same way and the powerband felt much lower in the rpms and better low to mid range power on the 6.4 hemi. Both the 6.2 and 6.4 had 3.73 gears out back, which seemed a little tall to me for both.

I didnt like the way either truck was configured, so I'd likely order either way.

Yessir. My daily commute doesnt allow for much flat road cruising. The mds does kick in when slowing down or coasting down a hill. This may be the way it is designed. I dunno for sure tho. I am very pleased with the engine and transmission so far. It feels very stout and gets decent fuel mileage for such a large gas vehicle.

Do you approximate engine RPMs at 70 or 75 mph with the 4.10s?

I don't exactly. I can get it for you tho. 75 is slightly below 2,000 rpm. I do have a pic I took at 85 and its 2100 rpm.
