I have being trying to get the 2016 2500 6.4L and it seem like that nobody want to sale me one, the dealership here wanted to get me five thousand dollars less that what I own and sale me their truck for over among for what they paid for so I told them okay thank you so much and left.
So I call Dave Smith hoping that they will work with me so I fill out a credit app and they said I'm good to go and when I call they not their and they don't return my call. So I will try another dealership and see if they want my money.

Try Dennis Dillion Dodge in Boise. When I was looking at a Cummins last year they had much better pricing than Dave Smith. My friend ended up buying a 2500 Laramie from them and they beat Dave Smith by $3000.

I promise to post more pictures fellas. Sorry. Our weather is solid wet and cold and I don't get home til dark. Hard to get any good ones.
I've always been a solid cummins guy and love it, but the amount I tow almost seemed glutinous. I have other things I should focus my $$$$ on. So far so good. Of course, rv hasn't moved yet. I hope to hook on around New Years.

I call them up today and they are willing to work with me, in a matter of fact I put in a order today also, the way I wanted it so I will see more about it tomorrow with we do some more paperwork on my trade. I've already check them out and the drive down there from where I live, it's going to take 7 hours and 39 minutes which will be well worth it. Then one thing that I wanted was the 4.10 gears and Nav I will know more tomorrow.

Now I don't know what's going on, I try to get in contact with the guy that I gave my order to and he don't return my call, I sure hope that he don't drop me like Dave Smith. Dillon is having a big sale on now on the 2500.

They make a pretty good livewell in a pinch if you're shore fishing too! Just make sure to dump a bucket of fresh water in periodically.

That is a really nice truck. Kicking around the idea of going back to gas because we don't tow very often. My F-250 is reaching it's peak in the trade cycle [only 38k]. Someone told me that the 6.4 hemi requires premium unleaded. Is this accurate? Not a deal breaker by any means.

87 or 89. 89 recommended and 87 acceptable. I have run nothing but 87 in mine and it runs like a champ. This is as of the '15 MY. '14 was 87

89 octane recommended. I have primarily been running 89. Thanks for the compliments folks. I am super happy with it. First truck I've ever ordered and now I'm super glad I did.

Awesome, I believe that I have found the truck I want but only one thing it have the 3.73 gears and not the 4.10 I might have to see if they can order me one so I can get the 4.10 and even though the trailer my wife and I are planning on getting will be about 9.5k the 3.73 will tow it with no problem. Now if they make me a deal that I can't refuse because it's the end of the year now and they want to sell them now I might go with it.

Good! Don't be scared of the 3.73s if the deal is right. The difference is not that huge. My 3.73 geared 6.4 had no issues tugging a dump trailer loaded down with skid steer and extra bucket with a bed loaded with tools.

Pretty skies.... I'm not sure if I can agree on the 3.73 rear end or not. I haven't driven a gasser with that rearend. My thinking coming from th Cummins was so get the best towing gears I could. That's why I chose the 4.10.
