Only turn off to me was the dually fenders on the one ton. That, and I'm sure price will be a turn off. I swear they keep jacking prices just to see if people will pay, and they do, especially since you can practically mortgage one now. Thank goodness mine is paid for as I don't want to afford another.

I'll keep my 2006 F350 with only 330,000 on the clock. I think I can get a few more years out of it.

I have been admiring them on line for awhile now. Waiting to see one in person. Almost bit the bullet and bought a 2016 F350 Platinum Diesel. But saw they were coming out with the new body style. My current truck is an 08 F250 Diesel with 22,000 miles. So like Sobuck1, I can probably wait. Especially with the price being 70 grand plus. Still considering it though. They are nice. I just do really love my current truck and since I purchased it new its PAID for. Yea Baby!!!. That's a GREAT thing.

Just saw a 2016 F450 dually in our lane. Lariat with fifth wheel hookups. Plus customer added a spray-in liner and a hard tonneau cover. $81,000 total!

Ahhh, now if they would bring back the 7.3l I would be more inclined to buy a new one. My 2001 has 223,000 miles on it, purrs like a kitten and pulls like a bull. I take good care of it and service it regularly as it should be. And yes it is paid for as well.
For now I will be sticking with what I have, and honestly I need to pay off the charger sitting in the driveway that the better half thinks is part of a midlife crisis

I too would buy if they brought back the 7.3. Getting hard to find. Texanrebel, didn't know they were bringing back the V-10. Where'd you see that? I remember when they quit and were only putting them in the van / cutaway chassis. I had one in a F-250 work truck. Sucked gas but pulled good.

That's interesting...., a new F-350 pickup (gasser) was on my short list but all the dealership feedback I received was that the 6.2L was the biggest gasser offered for the Super Duty pickup line-up..., unless it was a Chassis/Cab only then the 6.8L (V-10) gasser was available.

The V-10 gasser is great for towing.

The v10 will only be available in the cab and chassis. I was going to wait till 2017 for the new one. I really didn't care for the new design. So I went with the ram. Ram at this time has a better frame and suspension. We will see how the new ford shakes out I guess. I came from a 05 f250 3valve v10 with 4.10s to this ram 6.4 with 4.10s. The hemi to me seems to be a better performer. Also much better in frame and suspension.
