How much more does it cost in some places? Here in Utah, if I am reading it right, its $44 for vehicles <=12000 lbs and $69.50 for vehicles 12,001 lbs to 14000 lbs.

So i think an F350 SRW would cost the same as a honda civic. Only if you bump up to a DRW does it increase, but only by ~$25.
