26 bh. What bar rating?

I'm picking up my new to me 2011 26 bh on Saturday. I'm planning to order a fastway e2 tomorrow but I'm unsure if I should get 800 or 1000 lb bars.

What are the fellow 26bh owners using?

Thanks!

I use the Husky Centerline, my bars are 800-1200 bars. I can tell you I have exceeded 800 tongue weight on my 26BH.

Sounds like you need 1000lb bars.

The 2011 26Bh is 29ft long and has a GVWR of 7,500lbs .... with a generous CCC. Based on a 13% to 15% loaded tongue weight, and assuming one loaded to the 26BH's 7,500lb GVWR (maximum weight), that would be a 975lbs to 1,125lbs loaded tongue weight.

IMO a 1,000lb minimum rated WDH should be considered, thus accommodating most loading conditions.

I have a Huskey hitch with 800# bars. Used it on my 26BH and currently on the White Hawk, which is about 1000 heavier. Hitch weight is 720# Works fine.
