Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Airbags - Which Model to Buy?

I am installing bags on my 2022 Silverado 1500 (6.2L). Air Lift offers three different bag kits for my truck. Seems to be a good, better, and best scenario, with almost a $200 swing from the bottom level to the top. The top-level model has SS lines and plates, while the middle has regular vinyl-coated lines and painted steel plates. I am not considering the bottom level model as it looks to be just plain jane without any extras. I hate to spend money on stuff I don't need. Right now I am leaning toward the middle model.

Has anyone had any experience with the top-level SS model vs. the model with just the painted plates and vinyl coasted lines? I most likely won't own this truck for more than 3 - 5 years. TIA for your input.

I had the 5000 Airbags on two vehicles, actually I moved the one from the 2004 Duramax to the 2014 Duramax when I sold the 04. I would not have been without it after having it on the 04.

I tend to buy the best model rather than dink with something less expensive and with more worry about breakdowns. Doesn't mean it won't break down but it is peace of mind. Generally I have not been sorry.

If you are getting rid of the vehicle in 3 years, go with the basic. I ordered the basic, but got the black covers. Seems the place I bought it from had to get it from their warehouse and pieced it together and mixed up the parts. You can’t trim the stainless hoses to length so you need to take that into account during the install.

I have the regular Load Lifter 5000's. The other has a jounce bumper made into it. The 5000's have served me well. I have Air Lift on all four corners.

Airlift 5000 and spend the extra $$$ to add the bluetooth controlled air compressor.
