Airsafe receiver hitches

Anybody have any input on airsafe receiver hitches? I know fifth wheels use air receiver hitches, never heard of one for regular hitches. Seems interesting. Went to Air Hitch by AirSafe Hitch Technology | Air Hitch Technology, clicked on receiver, after doing that went back and clicked Additional Information and watched some videos (class V-VIII and class4) Seems like it might be worth it, any thoughts??? Hopefully not to many misspellings.Thanks

At $825 it seems a bit steep for my wallet. A standard hitch without a ball is under $20.
