Another Power Tongue Jack Question

I know this topic has been covered ad nauseum, but....

I think I've narrowed down my choice to the Husky or the Barker.

The Husky has a drop down foot whereas the Barker has a fixed foot.

My question is, which is preferred?

You can add a flip foot (Fastway and others make them) but I have never seen the need for one with my TT. I guess a flip foot saves some time lowering and raising the jack and also adds a bigger base footing. Here is the Fastway install:
