back up camera

I have A 2013 Silverado and i want to add a back up camera for hitching to my Jayco 27rls, any sugestions on what unit I should buy?

They make several inexpensive license plate mount rear views that would probably work fine unless you hit it backing up lol

Here is one I put on my TV and I must say, it has a crystal clear picture and on-screen lines to reference your position while backing up. The frame and camera housing are metal. Not bad at all for an inexpensive camera. Since the camera is on top of the license plate, the chances of hitting it are greatly reduced.

All depends on how much you want to spend. Depending on the model Sioverado you have, you could possibly add the factory camera, but they have gone up in price since I looked into it for our '10 Silverado, then for our '13.

As posted, some license plate mounted cameras have a pretty good picture. I just picked up a Peak Auto 4.3" digital wireless system to try to use on the back of the tt. You wire the camera power to the reverse lights to come on when needed. Barely had it out of the package so far as I won't have time to mess with it for a couple weeks.
