have put around 2500 kilometres empty and 1200 kilometres towing a 9000 lbs ish 5er. much better ride and not overly rough. again it is a one ton and they only ride so well lol

Bilstein HD's on order from eShock.com for my 1/2 ton. I paid $306.00 for all 4 plus free shipping. Best deal on the internet by far.
Just have to wait for a decent day to put them on. Not about to do it with that white stuff falling from the sky.

that is a good price. think mine came to $303 but I picked them up at tire rack in South bend, IN.

after 6500 kms (about half that towing) I am mostly impressed with the Bilsteins. Not to rough maybe a little softer than I prefer for towing. They do suck up most of the bumps well though. For the money I don't think you can go wrong with these.

I'm closing in on 200,000 kms on these shocks and i can sure tell the difference. Think i'm going to bite the bullet and buy a new set of coil springs and replace those as well this time.
