Your 90 gallons of water adds about 750lbs to your TT weight, and 112lbs of that weight is part of your tongue weight (based on 15%).
TV GVWR: (8,060lbs TV Hitched Gross/CAT) - (7,100lb TV GVWR) = 960lbs over
If your fresh water tank is located to the front of the TT axles, a full tank of water will add tongue weight quickly which in turn adds weight to the TV. I normally travel with just a couple gallons of water for those on-road needs should they arise, then fill the fresh water tank near/at the CG.
Ideally you want your loaded tongue weight for the 26BH to be 13% to 15% of the TT's gross weight, and your presently at 15% to 16%. Relocating some of your TT's cargo resulting in a 13% loaded tongue weight would also help, just don't drop blow 13%.
If possible, reducing some of the TV's cargo would help as well.
Just food for thought.
