Centerline TS

So when I got my trailer last month, I don’t believe my Centerline TS WDH was not installed optimally (though it tows great). I need to level it a bit. I have the manual and the only thing not talked about is the area about adding/removing hardened washers to adjust ball angle. Why would you want to change the ball angle???
