I got a recall letter today on the truck in my sig for defective air bag(s). Here is a link:
Recall Report. This recall has to with Takata air bag issues.
The recall letter explains that "excessive internal pressure when the air bag is deployed" could result in "metal fragments (which) could pass through the air bag cushion material, which may result in injury or death to vehicle occupants". However, an enclosed pamphlet says: "Your truck is still safe to drive". How reassuring.
