CIPA mirrors

Any one using CIPA extension mirrors on their F150? Any comments good or bad. We had trouble with the old Dodge On trip to Canada, had it looked at there, had same trouble on the way back. I was starting to look when the local Ford dealer called they had the 2005 F150 with 32,000 miles on it. Towed a trailer south in the fall back home in the spring. By they way just as I said things couldn't get worse they did got caught in a hail storm, damaged the front of the trailer

You may check around the internet for some aftermarket towing mirrors. I know body shops het them all the time and they are pretty cheap.

I have the CIPA mirrors for my Silverado. I like them a lot. Etrailer.com. they are the covers with the smaller mirror ends. Wish it was a bigger mirror, but I like the stock for every day, so I can make do. Etrailer done me right.

I've used CIPA mirrors on two TVs, a Suburban and on my current Sierra. Easy to install and take off. I got mine from etrailer.com also.

I got a set of these CIPA tow mirrors for my F-150: [URL="http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B000B5QFE4/ref=oh_details_o05_s00_i01"/URL]
They work great, install and remove easy, don't vibrate driving down the road, and were a great deal.Click image for larger version
