Clean living?

We camped this weekend and I found this on my truck in a parking lot!

TV is doing it's job picking up the trash!

Glad that bolt was between the trend and not through the tread. I do not believe they could have patched that one

Reminds me of the sound I hear sometimes when getting onto the pavement. Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick, Tick, dingbang... I suspect the dingbang is when the object leaves the tire and hits inside the fender. Good for you finding that and no damage done. ~CA

I was always told that you are living right when that bolt is horizontal instead of vertical!

It definetely is clean living. Glad it was that way and not the other. I hope that bolt isn't from your trailer, or mine.

Allmost screwed!

I found this slightly worn Phillips head self tapping screw in my TV RR tire 2 months ago doing a walk around before leaving a CG. Luckily it was short!

AKA an ATV/Dirt Bike ice stud. Wind a few more of those into your tire treads and you'll be good to go for travel on the ice.

That looks like a tie rod bolt from a 2017-F350 6.7 SPD Lariat FX4

I better look around? I still have the bolt and I did not have a clue what it was but the vinyl piece on it was a giveaway? It looked like it had been there in the parking lot a while.

Believe it or not, it looks identical to a lug nut we saw come off of a Mercedes RV van. I think it was a big class-b, but could have been a little class-c. I never saw a lug nut like that before.

I picked up 20lbs of tar and gravel going through AZ/condor canyon this past May! I could not go over 35-40 until I scraped it all off in the middle of the desert!

Strongly resembles the hex** bolt used in many v-10 idler bearings? (**Many later use a larger TORX bolt)
