My 2018 3500 Ram DRW is not a daily driver. My Audi S4 Quattro is my commuter vehicle. Once every couple of weeks the dually leaves the garage to run for groceries. Other than that it’s only used to haul the fifth wheel or the horse trailer.

Since we're both retired, neither of us has to drive every day. However, most daily trip to the grocery, church, etc are made in the new Fusion. So now, a couple or three days can go by and my F150 w/ HDPP will just stay parked. It will move mostly if we're taking the trailer out, or if I am going somewhere alone. If I'm going up the home supply store, I'll take the truck.

i have a subaru outback as a daily driver and the truck gets used as a truck.
like others i do have to take the truck out once in awhile for exercise . in the winter months it sits with a battery tender hooked up to it. if its a warm sunny day in the 20s in the winter i will take it for a drive.

My 2004 Quad cab Dodge Ram 1500 Laramie is mostly relegated to towing my Travel Trailer now and occasionally for work. I bought a 2016 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 Limited as my daily driver since I put on a average of 120 kms to and from work. It just made sense so that I can prolong the life of my truck and save gas.

My F250 is used to tow and other things that need a truck. I also drive it every once in a while to exercise it or simply because it is so much fun to get into it . I have a 2014 Fusion hybrid for my DD and I really like the DD, in the future we will look at getting a mini van for the DD.

Seasonal Answer
Living in upstate NY, my F250 4x4 is my winter daily driver. It is thirsty. In summer months, I alternate between my 1100 Yamaha and my Mustang GT, both of which get the winters off

My 2015 Chevy 2500 Duramax was my DDV for the first three years. I inherited my dad’s 2008 Chevy HHR when he passed away a year ago. The HHR is now my DDV and Uber car. The ‘15 2500 is now primarily TV and plow truck and my solo long trip vehicle (keeps it exercised and it’s more comfortable on the long runs).

My daily driver AND tow vehicle is a 2016 F250 CC 4x4 6.2 gas. Kinda sucks for daily use. Going to get old family minivan as daily driver when wife gets new vehicle.

We currently have a 2007 Toyota Tundra with just under 99k miles and a 2017 Volvo XC90. Both are garage kept. DH works away from home almost 8 months a year and I am a SAHW so neither of these are technically a DDV. They are driven randomly depending on what our needs are for the day. We are still in the research phase of our RV purchase. DH's truck of choice will either be a Dodge DRW 4x4 or the new 2020 Chevy Duramax DRW with the extra towing capacity. In RV's we are leaning toward either a Pinnacle or North Point in the Jayco line.

Wife works from home and I’ve been a bike commuter for years. I’m going to be a remote employee starting in May this year as we’re moving so we really won’t have a daily driver, same as now.
Our CRV is the city car and our Ram is our workhorse. It gets some easy driving but 65%+ of the miles are pulling a trailer. Currently if I drive to work I take the CRV as it’s a short enough drive the big Diesel wouldn’t warm up.

DD is a 2016 Outback. Just purchased a 2008 Sierra 2500 for TV. Will drive it some just to see if there are any issues, but will not be my DD.

I am from Europe, so my SUV needs to be DD (commute, grocery, taking kids to school, etc.), towing, camping without the trailer, going for skiing, etc.

My TV is a 496 Big block Avalanche so it only gets used for towing and Lowes runs requiring lumber

hijacked - Man I loved my "big block" Avalanche. What a beast! I came very close to adding on to my 3 car garage when I bought my F-250, because my Avalanche had always been garaged and I couldn't bear the thought of it sitting outside. Anyway, practicality overcame emotion. I envy you, there aren't many of those left!

I bought it in 2012 with 24K miles and has around 38K now so it might just be the lowest mileage 2500 Avalanche around
