Did I make a good upgrade?

Ok -
Bought a 2012 X20E last spring and towed it all summer with my 04 Honda Pilot. Not the best at all but it did it. So - I just purchased an 05 Durango 5.7 V8 Hemi Limited that is in mint cond with 3.55 gearing. So it's equipped to tow up to 7200lb. The X20E's max loaded weight is like 4750lb (which we NEVER fill to the max) so I think I made a great upgrade at a great price.!!! Thots?

I had a 05 Hemi Durango but with 3.92's. It pulled our 34' TT with ease but the short wheel base made it handle poorly. The smaller X20E should be a great combination.

You will notice quite a difference. You'll do fine with the Durango.

I am NOT a Dodge fan but I am sure you are much better and safer now.. I always like my tow vehicle to have way more capability than is needed... as some of you may have read I got run off the road by a Semi in Utah .. and I am sure if my truck was under rated or just barely big enough I would not be here right now.
