The Dual Cam is an awesome system, but you will probably still have the clearance issues as you fear.

I will suggest either the Equal-I-Zer 4 way system, or the Reese SC. The Reese does offer replaceable pads where the bars ride. The Reese hitch head also offers more fine tuning adjustment than the Equal-I-Zer hitch head. Either system will work very well.

Thank you.

Would you also share the trailer you pull and the vehicle you pull it with? Folks trying to decide on hitches would find that information helpful, too.

Not even close...i had the e2 first and pulled it a 1000kms or so. Lots of sway in cross winds. Upgrades to the E4 and night day, no sway at all. Well worth the extra money. If you are pulling a trailer over 30' don't waste your time get the equal-I-zer 4 point!
