The leveling kit will probably give you grief unless you stiffen up the rear suspension (like with Roadmaster Active Suspension or Hellwig add on springs, I don't care for air bags). When you put the weight in the back of the truck it'll squat and the headlights will point up. Trouble is that with a 5er, there's no way to distribute that weight off the drive axle to the steer axle to level it out, so you have to use suspension to do it.
Also, if your lift is an off-road suspension lift, designed for longer suspension travel needed in off-road applications that will exacerbate the problem; your truck will squat that much more.
