HELP! Where is the Jeep L Brake controler plug

I bought a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit L model and cannot find the connection plug for the brake controller. Everyone agrees it should be somewhere under the dash on the driver's side.
I just can't find it. My dealer doesn't know, Tekonsha/Prodigy company doesn't know and without it I can't safely head south to Florida.

Anyone out there know where it is??

Just got a callback from Etrailer. They say there is NO PORT even though we have the factory tow package! Only way to attach a prodigy is to connect to wires under there with line taps.

UPDATE. Took part of the sidewall of the drivers side and there was the brake controller taped up.

If anyone else is looking I will post a picture of where I found it and how to get there.

I suspect this is the same location on regular Jeep Grand Cherokee 2021's and probably similar to other years.

Location of brake plugin on Jeep L 2021 is as follows.

above your feet is a panel held on with a couple popits, remove it
on the other side of the hard plastic where you left toe would touch is the connector. it is taped to wiring with conventional black electric tape and about 2 inches behind and below the top of the left foot well side. My L has a little 6 x6 panel that you can take off the side and with some care and a flashlight you can see it. It only has about 2 or 3 inches of cord, just enough to pull over top of sidewall and put the cover panel back up over your feet.

I will post a picture if you need it but have to find cords to download to computer from phone
hope this helps
