HT 5th wheel tow w3/4 truck?

I agree with Crabman on this one!

I had an Half Ton and when I ran the numbers there was no way that I would even be close on pin weight with my old truck so I upgraded to the 350. When I asked the dealer if the truck was too big for the trailer his comment was that they only use 350's to tow all there trailers with and they work fine.

BTW I love my 350 it tows the trailer beautifully!

I'm pulling mine with a 2015 Ram 2500 Cummins, I wish I paid more attention to the heights. I raided the trailer via the springs and still not level, now I need to look at tires. It wouldn't be worth the hassle for me and I woul hav e selected another trailer. Or a shorter 2500 series. Why a 29.5 BHDS is designed for an HT truck is beyond me, I wouldn't pull it with a 1/2 ton.

What did you do to raise the trailer? I have the 2500 RAM and lowered with leaf bolts. But looking for another inch or more.
