Let me know how it goes when you're all finished. I've been wanting one of these for a couple of years, but haven't been able to pull the trigger. I'll be interested to see how the install goes and what your towing impressions are.

How did the installation go? I'm going to be transferring my PP to my new Eagle 284BHS and am looking for any tips. Thanks!

I just received the hitch this past Tuesday, so I have not installed yet. Plus, we just moved on Wednesday. I hoping to get down this coming weekend and do the install. I will update when completed.

Looks like I may get to install this weekend.

Can anyone tell what size and grade the safety chains are? I'm pretty sure I'll have to extend them by a few links.

Thanks.

The suspense is killing me! I have the same trailer and have been itching to get one of these hitches... your experience may just sway me to do it (that, and my current WD hitch is jacked up, which means I have to do SOMETHING in the near future).

Sorry for taking so long.

I did get the install completed weekend before last. It was extremely easy, and the instructions provided were spot on.

The only down side is that I have not towed with it yet. We keep our camper at our lake in indoor storage, and only have to tow 1 mile to our campground. So I've only been two miles at a speed of 35mph so far, lol....

I will be towing a long distance in two weeks when we head to Bristol, Tn for the NHRA drag race weekend. I will definitely give a detailed update then, but for the little I've had to do with it so far, I am pleased.

Installing a Propride 3p on 32BHDS

Interested to hear ur thoughts in the hitch. I am looking to get a trailer here soon and have decided the PP hitch is the one I'm going to use. All the money in the truck and trailer and the safety of my family makes it a necessary expense imo
