Lift/Level on an FJ towing a x19h

I have a 2008 FJ cruiser and just bought a new x19h to drag around behind it.
Before I/we made the purchase I put a toytec lift/level kit on the vehicle w/ the Toytec standard coils.

The fj has a pretty car-like ride at this point... I love it. It is soft/well controlled and basically the opposite of what you would expect in this type of vehicle.

That said and since I had the vehicle leveled, Should I look/consider swapping out the coils for something that is a little more 'heavy duty'. For now I am just a bit concerned that it is going to make the car squat a bit and my headlights are going to be pointed toward the sun.

I am going to hold off on doing anything until I get the whole thing set up at the dealer but basically I am wondering what to look for if/when something like that needs to occur. Is it as simple as visual inspection/checking for squat, etc.

As I type this... I am just a little annoyed because I am pretty much expecting to do this. If I would have opted for the HD springs at the time it would have only been a $10 upcharge.

It really depends on how weak the rear suspension is. Some rear squat is normal. What the WDH will do is put weight back on the front wheels, restoring steering control. So you may not know if the suspension needs help until you get the trailer and the WD hitch is setup properly.

If the steering feels light or "squirrelly" after the hitch is setup then it needs some adjustment.

You may need those springs since your trailer will be near maximum capacity of your FJ. Jayco shows that trailer at 3665# empty, max weight 4950#, tongue weight empty 400#.
The FJ specs are 5000# max tow and 500# tongue weight. These type of SUVs have pretty soft suspensions, I have a Ford Expedition that is rated near 9000#, last summer bought a trailer that is under 4500# and was surprised how much the rear end squatted.
My front lifted 1-3/4" and the rear was down almost 2", by adding a WDH I got it back to where it should be. I would start out with the WDH and see it that works before messing with the springs.
