Master Tow Dolly Carrying Pan Bolt

I bought this dolly used and was doing the needed maintenance like painting, decided to pull the carrying pan. The nut was so tight I had to use a 3/4 ratchet pulling on it with a come along to break it loose goes to show how tough my 30yr old Snap On ratchet is. Impact would not budge it or anything else, I soaked it for several days.So my question anyone know the torque for this nut? It is a one inch bolt I can not find any information on torque for this bolt.

If it is a grade 5 bolt torque to 483 pounds on Course threads 540 pounds if fine I can not remember finding any Fine thread bolts on my Demco dolly.

Torque multiplier. Fairly cheap and one of the best investments I have. Just do the math to figure torque.
