I may be wrong but it was offered as an option and is not standard on the Eagle.

If you click on the link it says it's now standard on all travel trailers. They posted it on their Facebook page today.

I had not heard about this, did it just come out? It sounds promising but I suspect it would feel strange if the trailer brakes activated on their own!

If I read the site correctly is says Sway Command Prep is standard. This would mean the trailer is ready but the Sway Command would have to be installed. I may be misreading.

Their FB post says all TT are now shipped with it.

if you read it carefully, it says sway command PREP standard, sway command is an option

What I find interesting is that Jayco (or Lippert Components) references what I assume is a standard WDH for comparing sway control "range-of-effectiveness". Well, a "standard" WDH isn't designed and/or sold as a sway control product, and there wasn't any mention of any particular sway control product used in conjunction with their WDH comparison (integrated sway control, friction sway control arm, etc.).
