Notice all the items on the rear rack which no doubt reduced tongue weight.

Given how fast they passed that truck, it looks like they were traveling at a pretty high speed too.

Looked like a Superduty, so it wasn't too much trailer for the truck. It appears as though too little tongue weight and an uneducated tower... A light tap of the trailer brakes would have solved all that sway...

Just rewatched. In the cargo tray, are two loose 20 pound propane tanks sliding back and forth. No sign of the breaks being activated.

Lord knows what else was on that back rack besides the twin propane tanks. The ass end probably lightened the tongue weight as spoon059 mentioned.
