Performance upgrades

I am looking for suggestions on power upgrades / towing upgrades for my 2016 Chevy 2500 6.0l. Anyone have the edge programmer or Diablo programmer for there 6.0. I am looking to try and getting a little better millage and torque for towing.

A you can load a tune for towing (or performance or eco) but a tune that gets you more torque will never help fuel economy.

Naturally aspirated engines are hard to get big gains on with the tuners. On forced induction engines they can increase boost but that's the quick easy way with the tuners. I tuned my 6.2 Ford and got very little improvement out of it. Changing shift points is the most customizable area for NA engines.

Unless your going to drive it hundreds of thousands of miles you will never save in fuel what you pay for the programmer. Now if you just want MORE POWER then yes go ahead.

agree with previous posts... you won't get your monies worth on tuner for a nat aspirated motor... use the money for libations and fire wood!

and you may void your warranty if you have one...
