Our 5th is 39’ and last time I scaled it tipped the scale at 12700# with 3000# on the pin. You are starting at almost 3300# on the pin, so it’s not hard to believe you will have around 4000# on the pin in “travel” mode. Our TV is not overloaded but if much heavier and we would be. IMHO you are in dually country. Use the GVWR of your future 5th and multiply by 0.25, that’ll be a rough estimate of the pin weight in a worst case scenario (loaded to the max). Likely you won’t be that heavy but it’s a starting point.
Another suggestion would be to pay a visit to the CAT Scale, the rear weight subtracted from the Rear GAWR will be close to a max pin weight before overloading the rear axle.
The CAT Scale is your friend.
