Rustic Eagle would never....
.....allow his bumper to get in this condition. Removing the rusty bumper from my 04 work truck. Replaced with a new Chrome bumper and new brackets. Also replaced the tailgate hinges. Already replaced the hitch a few years ago. The ravages of salt water and time....

If you could only see what has drained over that bumper...raw salt water, bait blood, crab juice.... The bed is fine.

Saw one the other day with the bumper in the same condition and 1/2 of the hitch ( receiver to the truck fame) missing. Good old NH winters. Larry

I knew it was in bad shape but one day I stood on the corner of the bumper, heard it crackling and it started bending down. I`ll take a pic of the new one soon........much better now.

Yeah here`s what I`ve done to the work truck since Fall:
New bumper
New tailgate hinges
New tires
Changed rear diff fluid
Changed tranny fluid and filter (13 qts)
Changed coolant
