Titan XD Cummins

Anyone own a Titan XD with the cummins and pulling something similar in weight to a Jay Flight 32BHDS or Starcraft AR 329BHU? GVW 9900lbs

Really like the look of these trucks and the way the test drive but just not sure on the towing payload ability.

Any first hand experiences?

I have a titan XD diesel. Our camper is not that heavy but pulls good. We have a whitehawk 28bhds

Payload on our diesel Titan XD is 1875 which is plenty for our towing needs (JayFeather 23bhm).

As a 32bhds owner I'd say watch the numbers carefully. At one point I had a tongue weight of 1400lbs. That will eat up payload in a hurry. When I'm fully loaded I'm glad that I have a 3/4 ton.

The trailer works out great for our family.

I’m towing a 28RBS @8k lbs and 1k tongue weight. I’m using up about 1700 lbs of my 1820 lbs payload when loaded. I use minimal WD and truck handles the load with ease, much better than the ratings suggest.
