Tow Mirrors

I'm fairly new on the forum here,as a matter of fact our Whitehawk 26DSRB is scheduled to be delivered the 18th.of May. I just wanted to say thanks to Quahog (Mike) for helping a new guy out. I was in the market for Tow Mirrors for my F150. The dealers wanted an outrageous amount for the mirrors. I have the powered, heated with turn signals. Long Story short. Mike sent me the link to Tasca Parts Good price Free delivery. I installed both tow mirrors in approx.35 minutes. They look and work as advertized. Thanks again Mike.

They look great, wish they would fit on my Expedition. Enjoy the trailer when you get it.

Can't vouch for these but they look like the real deal:

I don't know about the GM models, but when I was researching getting tow mirrors on my Tundra, there were many reports that the ones on ebay, the power adjustment, was not precise. Its a little wonky. A few people on the Tundra forum went as far to take them back off, and replace with OEM's from the dealer.

After putting them on my truck, I think every truck should come with these. I love them.

The F-150 comes with either a tow package or a max tow package, those mirrors come with the max tow package.

My McKesh mirrors did so much for my towing confidence. A good set of mirrors is worth every penny.

We didn't realize when we bought our Ford F150 that max tow was even an option...needless to say we went looking for a set of clip on mirrors- but finally decided to have the dealer install the bigger mirrors...you are right it is expensive! Love them I just wish the folded in to park in the garage..they are huge!

Husker if your mirrors are the same as the ones I pictured in my original post "They do fold" You do have to push fairly hard.

You can option for the standard size mirrors to power fold but not the huge ones. Who wants to get out of the truck every time to fold the mirrors in. I believe the f250 has optional power fold trailer mirrors. I love my cipa clip on mirrors. Take them off when at the campsite and put them back on when ready to come home. They don't look like an add on.
