The 2012 Eagle 330RLTS 1,400lb rating is the published "dry tongue weight", not a "loaded" weight. The 330RLTS has a GVWR of 11,250lbs, so the ideal "loaded" tongue weight would be 13% to 15% of the loaded TT weight, thus if loaded to it's GVWR then the recommended "loaded" tongue weight range would be 1,463lbs to 1,688lbs. If the loaded TT weight was 10,200lbs, the loaded tongue weight range of 1,326lbs to 1,530lbs would be recommended.
The TV receiver should be sized to meet the expected "loaded" conditions of the TT.
