I still think you are too focused on removing the rear squat. You're trailer looks a little high in the front in that second picture. Ideally it should be slightly low in the front.

Someone said above to get to to a CAT scale and get it weighed. I think that needs to be your next step. I don't know anything about your hitch so contacting them is a good idea. You may have multiple issues going on.
