Assuming you have a standard WDH......, the position of the vertical axis of the hitch ball can vary depending on the final adjustment of the WDH. The WDH "ball mount" (ball is attached to) can be adjusted in many positions thus affecting the hitch ball position. So depending on how much spring bar force is required to meet your TV's weight distribution requirements, which is adjusted by setting the ball mount angle and/or the amount of chain links under tension at the snap-up brackets......, the ball position is a by-product of these adjustments.
