Maybe because they are building more and more vehicles that can be towed 4 wheels down, eliminating the use of the dolly. Just a guess...

Maybe they're shopping at the wrong place or want the high performance model. Who needs one with chrome wheels, the galvanized frame or even the one that folds like a suitcase. All that really doesn't matter, The Chrome will not get you home.
