because people will pay that amount for them... if no one bought them they would soon drop in price..

Maybe because they are building more and more vehicles that can be towed 4 wheels down, eliminating the use of the dolly. Just a guess...

Maybe they're shopping at the wrong place or want the high performance model. Who needs one with chrome wheels, the galvanized frame or even the one that folds like a suitcase. All that really doesn't matter, The Chrome will not get you home.
