I have a Pullrite Superglide, which is over 8 years old. Had a rocker spring plate break on it and called Pullrite to buy the parts.They sent it to me postage paid at no cost. I was surprised. Speaks well of Pullrite.

I have the same superglide and mine is 5 years old and this spring I had trouble and they sent me a new plate and gear at no charge. I'll definitely continue with this company due to the way they treated me.
