There is definitely a problem either in the connection between the converter and batteries or with the converter itself. Voltage should increase to ~13.6 when on shore power.

Yes Sir, Talked with the finally talked to the converter tech. He said i needed to pull converter. There are two more fuses inside converter. Thank You for the reply, Hogan

Thanks for all the help, the problem was a fuse inside the converter body. Had to pull converter and remove cover. Thanks again, Hogan
