19XUD rear camera install

Well, like a lot of people, I believed Jayco when they said our 19XUD was pre-wired for a backup camera.

"Oh, i'ts easy", they said... "The wires are just tucked in behind the centre marker light", they said. They lied.

There are no "spare" wires back there, but there are a number that look like they're going somewhere important... which brings me to my second "bitch of the day"... no wiring diagram, anywhere. Oh, sure, the wires to the marker light are colour coded... they're both black !
Has anyone else been this route, or maybe know where I can find a wiring diagram (or will that be as misleading as all the other Jayco information?)

Or am I going to have to do my world-famous "balancing-on-top-of-a-wobbly-ladder-with-a-meter-in-my-teeth" routine (...as performed, on my recent tour, before Crowned Heads of Europe) while my Lovely Assistant switches the marker lights on and off?

Perfesser, a drum-roll, if you please!!

My 16XRB has a mount for the camera already there.

Every TT I've seen that they called pre-wired had the camera mount already there. I take it yours didn't?

Tap into the center marker light....................not a big deal, that's where the prewire wires would be anyway!

That's what I did, eventually.
(see my earlier comments about "balancing-on-top-of-a-wobbly-ladder.... " :-) )
