2004 Jayco Jayfeather EXP 23b

My 23b has some really soft spots outside of the bathroom and in front of the rear bunk. I'm pretty sure it was due to a leaking toilet assembly that I've replaced.

It also has a bad roof that I'm getting ready to take to get fixed.

I'm planning on taking on the floor after the roof job.

If I put down 3/4 inch plywood over existing floor - how do I handle the slideout? Or would you be more inclined on replacing the soft spots only? I'm sure the wood under the two wards is probably damaged but it will be hard to get to. Hopefully it hasn't went far enough back to damage the back wall.

Any advice?

Thanks!
