2008 17C AC unit

Was just wondering if the AC can be recharged on these units. Can I do it myself or is it a dealer only service. It does cool but seems it should cool down faster. Just got this unit won't get out this season with it so time for maintenance. Need to replace weather stripping around bunk doors too, dealer only part?

You can have an AC guy try to add a charge port, but it's definitely not a diy project. If the air coming out is 15-18 degrees cooler than the room then it's working as it should.
