2012 changes to x23j

Hello to all! My family and I are expecting our new x23j to be delivered in April and are super excited. We purchased a 2011 F-150 Supercrew in November in anticipation of trading up. We previously were towing a 2009 Rockwood 2318g with our 2006 Honda Ridgeline, but I knew we were going to need something larger to pull a new trailer even if I didn't know it would be the Jayco at the time. Like everyone that makes the popup to hybrid move we were tired of the infamous "no storage" problem. The x23j solves that in a big way. I had heard that Jayco was making some mid year changes to htis model and that a plexiglass bubble over the shower was one of them. I wonder if anyone can confirm this. Glad to be here and looking forward to a great season.

Welcome to the JOF, Camping Parrot Head. We're glad to have you here. If you can, post a few photos of your new rig.

How do you like the F150 Super Crew? What model/engine did you go with?

Yes, just picked up ours a few weeks ago with the bubble over the shower.

I should sound like a forum oldtimer and say "do a search", but these forums have been very helpful to me so far, so I'm glad I could help!

Our 2012 x23J does not have the bubble over the shower. Maybe depends on where you order it from. We bought ours in Canada, so perhaps that makes a diff as well. We do have the other changes though, cupboards to the ceiling on the slide and no carpet, lighter weight etc.
