2013 Jayco X23F Floor issue

Hi,


I have a soft spot where one of the end beds are where the TV sits and not sure how to take that end unit apart with the cabinets to be able to try and fix the floor myself. Does anyone have any information on how to take that sucker apart? to get at the floor? there is also a line when you come in the door that is raised and is really driving my wife nuts. I assume that its plywood/foam/plywood that has compressed or something and just need to replace that with thicker plywood
