2015 X23F bed slopes outward

We bought a used 2015 X23F a couple years ago, last season we noticed one of the beds slopes down about half a bubble off level as if the cable has stretched. It's possible it always has and just went unnoticed. The other two beds remain almost exactly level and I have checked the overall trailer level many times trying to verify if this was the problem and no luck.

Nothing appears to be loose or pulling away from either end of the cables and all I can see as a possible fix is to move the cable from the middle hole on the wall bracket up to the top hole and see if it levels the bed out.

Any other ideas or thoughts on what I need to check? Are stretched cables something we need to check and replace at some point?

Thanks!
