We are a family of three with a medium sized dog. We love it. We did make a number of modifications to fit our needs (see signature line). We do not take showers in ours. For me at over 6’ tall it is just too small to reach my toes, and keep the unit dry, we use the CG showers, so it is not an issue. The kid gets the back bunk, we get up front. The dog gets her spot right under him on the floor.

The two things I do not like is there is no good method to get heat to the back bunk. We have added electric mattress pads to extend the camping season. The other is the tire size, 13” are small tires and I have not found an upgrade to an LT when these wear out. One thing to watch out for, I did this once and did not notice it until I looked out a second floor window in our house. When you close up the bunks make sure the canvas is all the way inside the unit. I had a little canvas sticking out of the top edge once. After that I learned to watch it a little closer as I close up the unit.

One tip of making the beds if you are using sheets, and there are two of you. One of you stand outside, unzip the E-exit, and help make the bad from the outside. It is quick and easy this way.

Overall the 23B is a great trailer; ours tows great with our Equalizer WDH. I would be surprised if we have less than 10K miles on it.

Feel free to ask lots of questions, and congratulations on what I think is a great trailer design.

We got ours last summer and love it. We are new to trailer camping and have learned so much from the kind people on this forum. We plan to do some of the mods other people have done when we get the time. Enjoy the forum.

We have the x20e, which is the 20' version of your 23B. It's a very nice TT. The couch slide gives you more room inside and the hybrid beds really expands the inside. Overall great trailer and congrats on your purchase.

We just purchased a 2013 last October. Haven't used it yet but eagerly awaiting to this year. Living in Minnesota, it can be a long winter, and this one has been tough as we wait. Congrats on your purchase!!

We love our 23B...very versatile. We can open up one, both or none of the bunks depending on how many travelers we have with us.

Can't provide any user reviews yet since we just brought ours home today but we have been shopping for them for well over a year and haven't found one that gave such a great and useable interior living space like this one has. Towing it today could not have been happier, towed like a dream on the hour and a half trip home. Can't wait for the weather to break a bit here in Michigan so we can get to know it a little better and do some driveway camping to familiarize ourselves with it prior to it's maiden trip.

Let me say this....

We have a 2013 X23B and really like it. However at my age, I'm 63, the wife and I may be looking in to a conventional TT. It's mainly just the two of us. Crawling in and out of the bunk, especially in the middle of the night, is a chore for us. Because I'm 6'3", I have to sleep crossway on the mattress and roll over her.

But we have not decided for sure yet, so we'll see......

I have a 2015 x23b and love it. I only wish I could change out the jack knife sofa and replace with a couple of recliners. There is apparantely some compenents under the sofa that cannot be moved easly. Other than that, we have no complaints.

We have had ours for about 2 years now (a 2009 model that was relatively new -- stored inside and used about 6 times by previous owner). We looked for about a year or two before deciding on a floor plan we liked. Having owned this and looking at other options regularly, this has by far been the ideal floor plan we like. It is the only one I know where everyone can face the television no matter where they are sitting (no one has their back to it). That was a selling point for me on this model.

We have a 2016 that we have taken on two >1000 mile trips (one of which was greater than 2000 miles). With a family of 6 it works ok. Wish we could find something similarly sized when traveling that had more dedicated beds, as when turtling, it gets rather creative to find sleeping arrangements for 6 with both bunks stowed. Otherwise works well. Also have the problem of getting heat into the back bunk.
