Question 1:
Even I empty everything from Black and Grey tank, the indicator still shows 1/3 (2 lights over 4), is that normal or something wrong with the indicator? I understand the indicator may not necessary to be accurate, but the fresh water shows Empty (1 light only).
Question 2:
Is there an overflow when the fresh water tank has filled up?
Question 3:
Will it damage the water dump if the water tank has no water, and not hook up with water supply?
Question 4:
Would you guys fill up the fresh water tank and tow it to the campsite, even the RV park will have water connection?
Thanks.

Pretty much the same thing Bankr63 said!
Question 1, sensors, they are notoriously lie. The FW tank usually is the most accurate.
Question 2, there is a hose that sticks down below the flow that discharges any overflow. Note, that on some models, my 2012 23B included. If that overflow pipe vibrates down (and I will) that tank will syphon a lot of water out of the tank. There are tree solutions, 1st, add a valve to seal the pipe, do not like this option, as if you forget to open it when filling you could burst something. 2nd. extend the pipe and make a wrap/loop, so air gets trapped, I have seen it done, but do not know how well it works. 3rd, this is what I did, I pulled the hose up, as high as I dare, and sticking out of the floor (maybe about an inch from the floor) and inside the pump cabinet tied it off so it cannot vibrate down. Since doing this I have never had a syphoning issue.
Question 3, there is no issue running the pump without water in the system. I have accidently left my pump on driving home and no issues. They are suppose to be able to run dry.
Question 4, I try not to drive with any water in my FW tank. There is a few places I visit that have horrible water, and I will not let it in my tanks, and so I have. But I fill the tanks at the CG most of the time.
A question you did not ask;
The black tank, after dumping add 3-5 gallons of water back into the tank. Always make sure you have LOTS of water in the black tank before dumping. I always fill the Black tank with any extra water I have from my FW tank at the end of the trip.
Happy camping
