Yeah that's what we thought too Just noticed it was different than the pictures on our 23j. And wondered why. So that makes sense!

Yes it is manual, pretty easy to let down/back up. I have to admit, I was glad the DW took video because I had to watch to remember how to get it back up

The black ties are attached at the bottom via screw, then clip on at top when bed is folding

There are two drawers beside the sink, in the middle. It looks like four, but the top and bottom ones are not drawers. My guess is that there is something behind them.

At this rate you might know more than me, as I will be out of town for the next month (even on a few of the weekends) for work and I am getting little camper time DW wants to plan a trip ASAP, but I still need to learn more about backing/reveresing with this beast, took me a few extra minutes just to get it in my driveway. Some of the campgrounds we've driven around makes it look impossible.....

For those that might have been "concerned" about my redneck wheel ramps used for chocks. I received and installed a couple of the BAL Xchocks, so the ramps are gone! They were for just incase, since my driveway has a bit of a slant! DW has been stocking inside with towels, bathroom, kitchen, etc.

I need to fine a water regulator, did some research and it seems like most like the Watts, need to see if I can find at Lowes. Found a few online, but some wanted alot for shipping......any recommendations? Jayco manual recommends a regulator reated for 40 lbs.

I picked up a water regulator, in-line filter, and right angle connector all at Wal-Mart.

Thanks for the info. Hope your work finishes up quickly so you can enjoy what really matters......making your wife happy! . Btw we watched on u tube, a video about parking your rv. It was called the "scoop" I think. For us newbies it gave some good advice. However there's nothing like actually doing it over and over and ov.... Oh well you know the routine on that hehe

Is this what you wanted?

A good place to practice backing up would be an empty parking lot with a few cones set up. You`ll be a pro in no time. With experience comes confidence. When in the CG, observe where you want to back up and take your time. You can get a trailer in some pretty tight spaces. You may just have to pull ahead a few times and make corrections.

I like THIS place for all my RV water needs. They are fulltime campers and very helpful.

Stay away from the cheap Walmart type pressure regulators. They may(or may not) regulate the pressure but they really regulate the flow. Its worth spending a few extra $$ on a nice pressure regulator that has nice flow, 6-9 GPM and a pressure meter on it. I bought Watts N55BG with pressure dial on it 6 years ago for $60 bucks...never an issue and excellent water flow.

What size Television do you have there, and how do you store it for travel?

It is a 22 in. LCD flat screen. It came with the camper and it is attahed with a metal swivel bracket. The bracket has notches in it to hold the TV from rotating during transit.

Hey Tslarson or someone with the same hybrid bathroom, was wondering what the width of the back wall above the toilet would be. Saw a shelf today at Canadian Tire that is exactly what I am looking for but DH said had to get a measurement first That's what happens when you marry a practical person I suppose!
