23J TV mounting question

Do you think it would be possible to mount the TV hanging from the overhead storage directly above its current location? I am not sure if that shelf would be strong enough.

we have the 23b and the tv came mounted on top of a cabinet by the door. we did not like this placement as is backs the oven and cook top was to low to see well, etc. we mounted ours on the side of the cabinet that holds the microwave and it has been a great move. Not only do we feel the tv is safer up higher it also opened up space on top of the cabinet
