Not a 24", but I mounted a 22" Samsung [5000 Series UN22F5000AFXZA 22" 1080p LED (1.7" ultra-slim) HDTV]. Fits and looks great. My 23b didn't come with the mounting bracket, so I had to do that myself too, so I was able to put it where I thought it would fit best in that spot.
